MONGOLIA TRIPS - Camels,
Horses & Sacred sites in Mongolia
|
| Fly to Ulan Batar, Mongolia's capital city,
via either Seoul or Osaka, and meet the group at our hotel. The next
day we transfer to comfortable countryside gher (very comfortable tent-like-homes,
with proper beds, etc.), for a few days of walking, meditating and
horseriding. Then we go west to Karakorum, the ancient capital, and
visit the museums housing some of the greatest artworks from Mongolia's
history, as well as visit some of the local famous sacred sites. After
this we return to Ulanbator, and continue to the Gobi, for three days
of camels, while visiting the meditation sites of the great Mongolian
mystic Danzan Rabjaa." |
