Brasil & Argentina Time Sat 10am
One session a week for six weeks, beginning August 1st, 2026, Online via Zoom.
The Tibetan term Uma means “The Center.” Buddha used it in reference to the search for how to discover within oneself a perfect balance between conventional and ultimate realities, illusion and infinity, the nature of self and beyond-self. The secondpart of the Tibetan name of the tradition, Zub Tri, means “direct pointing” (literally “Pointing with Finger”).
This six week practice course will explore the power of listening, contemplation and meditation to reveal the radiance of “emptiness” and the joy of “somethingness,” to generate within each participant a direct experience of the Buddha’s statement that “form is emptiness, emptiness is form.” It will draw from various Tibetan lineage sources, with special emphasis on the instructions from the early Dalai Lamas.
